Quant Capital is urgently looking for a CTO to join our high profile client.

Our client is a small fintech firm creating by one of the worlds best known personalities in fintech. They are known for solving one of the common problems in the retail financial space and in the current climate this is a unique product.

The firm is now going through a massive stage of growth and the CTO is key to building their platform and pushing customer conversion to the next level.

The CTO will be responsible for driving their product and platform forward to allow greater customer acquisition through everything from in page analytics as well as managing the development. The CTO will be working within an Agile (ish looking to be better) team to design and deliver high quality bleeding edge applications. Current UI is external and they have done a pretty good job.

The CTO will also be responsible for:
* Development Strategy and architecture
* Designing and developing new products and applications working in collaboration with existing team members – focussed on customer attraction and conversion
* Management of BI, BAU, QA and Security teams

The CTO we are looking for will have proven tangible results and will be using / managing the latest in technology within the ecom or consumer facing space.

The CTO Must have:
– Educated to degree level or equivalent
– Experience of intelligent websites
– Customer acquisition and intelligent marketing
– Experience in a high growth customer facing business
– Experience of ideally retail conversion
– Board level management – can be startup
– Product management
– Experience of rapid scaling
– Experience of Consumer Facing Websites
– Working knowledge of Linux
– Experience with mobile applications would be beneficial
