HR Advisor (Senior Level) - London
We are currently partnering with a highly regarded Law Firm in London that is looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor (Senior Level) initially joining on a fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and fast-paced professional services environment.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR Advisory work, preferably gained within a professional services or legal setting. You will be confident handling a broad range of HR matters, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and possess strong communication and organisational skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing employee relations and offering HR advice to staff and Managers.
- Supporting the HR Manager across day-to-day HR operations.
- Overseeing trainee onboarding processes and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
