About You
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail in written work.
- Effective process management and planning capabilities.
- Previous experience in a similar sales or marketing support role.
- Degree level qualification preferred.
About the Role
To provide comprehensive support across the full product portfolio in the UK, contributing to both strategic planning and day-to-day tactical activities.
Development and production of promotional materials aligned with commercial needs, management of congresses and events and coordination of sales force activities.
Position requires occasional travel to trade displays and selected conferences as determined by the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Support the sales team with national and local meetings, including agendas, contracts, speaker slide decks, and the creation and administration of sponsorship agreements.
- Manage sales materials lifecycle: remove expired items, withdraw outdated assets, and coordinate the ordering of new or updated materials. Ensure all materials are referenced to the highest standards and fully compliant with relevant codes.
- Work closely with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Arrange travel (trains, hotels, flights) for the UK Leadership Team as needed.
- Raise purchase orders (POs), approve and reconcile invoices, and ensure timely processing.
