Role Overview – ECT Teacher
As an ECT Teacher, you will join a secondary school where you can develop your classroom practice, gain valuable experience, and build confidence in your subject specialism. Opportunities are available across a range of subjects including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, and MFL.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Support student progress across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities available)

• Engage fully with the ECT induction programme
Person Specification
* QTS (or pending QTS completion)
• Specialism in a secondary subject area
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
