Why This Role

Plays a vital role in ensuring every order runs smoothly from warehouse to client table and back again. This role is all about organising and managing delivery and collection logistics, liaising directly with clients to confirm timings and ensure a seamless experience, and being a true team player in the warehouse - helping with picking, packing, loading, delivering, collecting, washing, managing returns, and restocking when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise and manage all delivery and collection logistics , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
• Liaise with clients to confirm delivery and collection windows, update them on timings, and resolve any scheduling issues.
• Lead and support the driver and warehouse teams , promoting clear communication and accountability.
• Step in hands-on with warehouse tasks to support smooth operations.
• Manage outsourced delivery and cleaning partners , ensuring reliability and value.
• Oversee vehicle checks, maintenance schedules, and compliance.
• Produce weekly operational reports tracking fulfilment, delivery performance, and costs.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in driving van in central London and areas surrounding
• Strong organisational and communication skills , especially with clients.
• Full UK driving licence and confident driving vans across London and surrounding areas.
• Hands-on, collaborative approach - comfortable leading and supporting the warehouse team.
• Experience managing delivery schedules, drivers, or third-party suppliers .
• Excellent spoken and written English , with strong attention to detail in client communication

• Background in the events, logistics, or rental industry.
• Familiarity with route optimisation or reporting tools .
• Knowledge and experience in Driving in London
