Our first ever Smash + Grab opening will be a fast-moving, high-energy restaurant serving outstanding burgers in the heart of London, Liverpool Street.
The role of the Team Member at Smash + Grab is to keep the front of house or your kitchen section running smoothly, this is about working as a team to drive the right behaviours which will lead to results – because we do the right thing and not the easy thing.
You’ll be hungry to prove yourself, learning all the sections in the kitchen and the front of house whilst keeping it clean, organised and delivering a top-notch customer experience every time. You’ll motivate yourself and the team around you to deliver quality for each and every customer and champion health and food safety.
