Purchase Ledger Clerk

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Hotel Group in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk for 3-4 months.

Role:

Our client is looking for an immediate interim Purchase Ledger Clerk to assist them for 3-4 months. You will be responsible for following duties:

• Process a high volume of supplier invoices across two hotel sites, ensuring invoices are accurately coded, approved and processed within agreed deadlines.
• Manage accounts payable activities across multiple sites, demonstrating strong multi-site finance experience.
• Process and reconcile invoices in multiple currencies, ensuring accurate recording of foreign currency transactions.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
• Complete supplier statement reconciliations, identifying and resolving outstanding or disputed items.
• Prepare and process regular supplier payment runs, ensuring payments are accurate and made on time.
• Utilise Procure Wizard and BirchStreet systems to manage procurement and invoice processing.
• Monitor and manage the finance inbox, responding to supplier and internal queries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all accounts payable processes comply with company procedures and deadlines.

Profile:

The successful interim Purchase Ledger Clerk will have 3+ years experience.
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:

This role is paying between £18-£23p/h + Holiday (DOE)
