Social Care Recruitment - Senior Manager - London
This position is for a Social care recruitment Senior Manager based out of London.
An established privately owned social care recruitment agency is looking to appoint a senior person to drive the business forward in all areas.
This is a position that can lead to Directorship along with equity in the business and profits.
The agency places qualified and unqualified social care professionals in positions across the UK
They are on all the managed service providers and PLS allowing them to supply to organisations across the UK
Clients include the NHS, non for profit, The private sector, and social services
You will be placing specialist candidates into areas covering; Children and Families, Fostering and Adoption, Homeless Persons, Youth Offending – Juvenile Justice, Physical Disabilities, HIV – AIDS, Adult Community, Elderly, Drug and Alcohol, Mental Health, Hospitals, and Education Welfare.
You will have a team of 6 sales consultants + HR, admin, and compliance. There is a headcount for additional staff and if somebody wants to bring a team with them they will be accommodated.
Applicants must come from the social care recruitment sector that can demonstrate leadership skills and be willing to get involved with business development and growth. They must also be knowledgeable in regards to the various managed services and how to navigate around them, there is also room to develop the perm recruitment side of the business.
The current owner wants a right-hand person to run the business allowing them to concentrate on other business interests, you will have a great amount of autonomy and won’t be micromanaged reporting directly to the business owner.
The business currently has a modest turnover of 3 million which is a decent starting place for somebody coming in with fresh ideas and energy to push the business forward into new areas.
Growth will be rewarded with a career path to Directorship with includes equity and shares. The owner eventually wants to relinquish a great deal of control and responsibility
The commission structure will be generous and tailored depending on your business plans and forecast, along with individual commission and team override and bonuses that will also be integrated into an attractive package. This is all negotiable and for the right person, there is no limit or restraint as to what can be talked through.
The office is placed centrally in London and close to main tube, roads, and rail links.
The salary is in the region of £60,000 + commission and bonus depending on experience, which is negotiable.
