In-House Counsel - Funds Formation
Our Client
A well respected multi-strategy business in London, is looking for a strong funds formation Associate to join the team.
The role will cover a range of remits including, but not solely, the following:
New fund formation
Investment advisory, distribution and brokerage agreements
Fund regulatory advisory (EMIR, MiFID, UCITS, AIFMD)
Experience
3-7 years PQE - in a recognised private practice Funds Team
Track record of fund formation, negotiation of investment mandates and side letters
European and US regulated funds and securities knowledge
1-2 years' experience in-house would be highly desirable - including secondments
Strong academic track record
