Job Description

Full-Time Hotel Receptionist 

We’re looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE, and WELCOMING Hotel Receptionist to join our FANTASTIC TEAM at Novotel London Blackfriars! 

Shifts : You will be required to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends, and may be required to work night shifts to cover holidays.

What you’ll do :

• Provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience
• Respond promptly to guest queries and ensure their satisfaction
• Offer recommendations on local activities, dining and entertainment
• Identify priority guests, VIPs and ensure their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities
• Coordinate with the Duty Manager to provide excellent guest service
• Handle guest messages and room moves as needed

Qualifications

What we’re looking for :

• A welcoming, professional attitude with strong communication skills
• A knowledge of London’s activities, restaurants and local attractions
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience

Salary: £30,014 per annum
