Location: GOGGS, London, SW1A 2HQ
Annual salary: £37,000
Hours: Full-time, Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shifts: 0700 until 1530

With a high-volume kitchen and a vibrant service to deliver, you’ll play a key role in leading the brigade, supporting the Head Chef, and ensuring every dish is exceptional.

What you'll do:
- Lead kitchen operations when the Head Chef is away.
- Prepare dishes to spec, following recipe sheets and allergen guidelines.
- Manage food production, reduce waste, and maintain stock control.
- Receive and store deliveries using FIFO procedures.
- Allocate tasks and mentor the kitchen team.
- Maintain hygiene standards and oversee deep cleans.
- Ensure all team members are trained and compliant.
What we’re looking for:
- UK residency for the past 3 years and legal right to work.
- Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- Relevant culinary qualification and at least 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP.
- Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Calm under pressure, organised, and ready for a trade test.
