You will support the smooth running of the school’s data function by:

  • Maintaining accurate student records including attendance, behaviour, admissions, and assessment data

  • Using SIMS (or similar MIS systems) to update and manage information

  • Producing reports for senior leaders, teachers, and pastoral teams

  • Assisting with school census returns and statutory submissions

  • Supporting reporting cycles, progress checks, and parent reports

  • Helping staff with data queries and system support

  • Ensuring all information is handled confidentially and in line with GDPR regulations

  • Looking for ways to improve systems and make processes more efficient

You can expect:

  • Supportive leadership and experienced colleagues

  • Training and development opportunities

  • Clear progression routes within administration and data roles

  • Modern systems and well-resourced offices

  • Strong staff wellbeing focus

  • Excellent transport links in Camden

Who They’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a school data or administration role

  • Experience using SIMS or another school MIS system

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good organisation and the ability to meet deadlines

  • A professional and proactive approach

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others

  • The legal right to work in the UK

Why Apply?

If you enjoy working with systems, solving problems, and being part of a school community, this is an excellent opportunity to join a school where your work will have a genuine impact every day.
