Associate Building Surveyor

I'm working with a highly respected multidisciplinary consultancy, previously ranked in the Top 35 UK Construction Consultancies and recognised as the 3rd largest SME in the sector. They're urgently seeking a Chartered or Associate-level Building Surveyor (MRICS or AssocRICS) to join their London team.

This is a critical hire for a growing public sector-focused division, and they're looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a client-facing role. You'll be joining a team that delivers across education, healthcare, local authority, and government frameworks, with a strong pipeline of refurbishment, compliance, and capital works projects.

Deliver building surveying services across public sector frameworks
Lead refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion
Prepare specifications, manage contracts, and oversee compliance
Support APC candidates and contribute to internal development
Engage in business development and client retentionWhat you'll need to succeed

MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
Strong consultancy experience in the public sector
Technical expertise across surveys, defect analysis, and contract administration
Confident in client-facing roles and project delivery
