We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Manager to join us.

As an Assistant Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of our busy restaurant. This includes serving guests at the bar, helping to train and lead our wonderful team, and managing busy service periods and special events.

**Your Duties and Responsibilities Will Include:**

- Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the restaurant, as well as supervising the boutique rooms/apartments.

- Taking full responsibility in the General Manager's absence.

- Proactively managing a small team and leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service.

- Fully engaging in back-office operations, including rota planning and ordering.

- Ensuring compliance with all aspects of health and safety.

**To Be Considered, Applicants Must:**

- Be passionate about food and drink.

- Have a hands-on, 'can do' attitude.

- Currently hold a supervisory or assistant management position within a pub/restaurant environment with hotel rooms or apartments, and have at least 2 years of experience in this role.

- Have a strong front-of-house presence and be an accepted leader who naturally inspires the team.

- Possess a basic understanding of business operations.

- Love great food and good service.
