Operations Coordinator (3 Month Fixed Term Contract)
— Assist with maintaining accurate records and database systems
— Assist with general stock takes and supplies ordering
— Support staff with travel bookings through the third-party booking serviceFront of house and operational cover
— Cover and support the FOH Office Coordinator when absent or away from the front desk
— Provide cover for other operational roles during periods of absence or leave
— Assist with coordinating studio improvement initiatives, facilities suppliers and maintenance visits
— Undertake opening and closing duties as requiredHealth and safetyProvide support to the H&S team, including minute taking, weekly alarm testing and other H&S-related activitiesEvents and hospitalitySupport the planning and preparation of studio breakfasts, lunches and all staff events and tripsSkills and experience— Agility and willingness to assist across various studio functions
— Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
— Previous experience in a similar operational role
— Proactive problem-solving skills
— Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
— Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailBenefits
