Senior Assisant Merchandiser

A fashion retailer who is a staple on high streets across the UK looking is looking for an organised, analytical, and trend-savvy Senior Assistant Merchandiser. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the right products are in the right place, at the right time – and to grow your career within a fast-paced retail environment. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the Merchandiser in delivering the seasonal merchandising strategy across multiple categories. Managing weekly sales, stock, and intake reports to identify risks and opportunities. Analysing product performance and assisting in forecasting, replanning, and stock optimisation. Creating and maintaining all merchandising documents, including range plans and critical paths. Liaising with Buying, Design, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth product flow from concept to customer. Monitoring deliveries and ensuring stock levels meet commercial targets. Conducting competitor research and supporting market/trend analysis. Preparing trade reports and presenting key insights to the wider team. What We’re Looking For: Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills with excellent attention to detail. A proactive, organised, and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Commercial awareness and a genuine passion for fashion retail. Previous experience in merchandising or a related administrative, retail, or analytical role is desirable. Ability to multitask, solve problems, and manage tight deadlines. The salary is paying up to £38,000. Benefits:
