Shift Engineer /Property Maintenance Officer
Imperial London Hotels Group based at Royal National & City Sleeper Hotel
40 hours a week (5/7 days a week Flexibility is required)

We’re seeking a Trade Specialist to join our dedicated property maintenance team.
As an essential member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing various daily maintenance tasks, ensuring that guest bedrooms are well-maintained and consistently presented in immaculate condition.

Dynamic Work Environment: Each day brings new challenges and opportunities as you assist in maintaining the hotels. Whether it’s overseeing routine maintenance or responding to urgent requests, you’ll be part of a team of 10 Shift engineers, Responsible for keeping the hotel running smoothly.
Great Location: Based in our newly acquired and refurbished IHG Brand, Holiday Inn Bloomsbury Hotel with 316 rooms. It’s a lively place to be, offering a ground floor coffee bar, atmospheric Irish pub and 14 event spaces that can accommodate up to 300 people.
What we’re looking for:
Essential Skills:
- 2 years experience in Property Maintenance or similar role.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive approach to maintaining high standards of safety and functionality.
- Team player who thrives in a busy environment.
- Experience with maintenance management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Desirable Skills (Not required but a plus):
- Certifications in Facilities Management, Health & Safety, or related fields.
- Experience with energy management and sustainability initiatives.
- Multi-site management experience.
