Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 with their academic development.
• Provide 1:1 and small group interventions in literacy and numeracy.
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
• Support pupils with mild SEN or additional learning needs.
• Gain hands-on experience working in a primary school environment.

The successful Graduate Teaching Assistant will be proactive, confident and eager to develop their skills in education.
