The role involves providing strategic leadership for Mathematics across KS3–KS5 . You will oversee curriculum design, focusing on rigorous problem-solving, and teaching Further Maths to the most able students. You will manage and mentor the team, ensuring consistently high results and promoting the subject's academic breadth.
Experience and Qualifications
- QTS and a degree in Mathematics (Post-graduate qualification desirable)
- Proven experience at Second in Department or existing Head of Faculty level
- Demonstrable track record of achieving top grades at A-Level Further Maths
- Capacity for inspiring leadership and effective staff line management
