Lead Generation Agent
• Identify and engage directly with potential clients encompassing both electricity and gas customers.
• Lead the beginning of the sales cycle - engaging customers and warming leads our Direct Sales Team.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Take initiative to drive prospects through the pipeline, converting them leads passed over to our sales team.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to promote Brook Green Supply's (BGS) products and services.
• Receive and convert inbound enquiries into booked meetings and leads with our Direct Sales Team.
• Retrieve service level agreement information to help the sales team call and close.
• Ensure efficient, accurate, and professional information pitch to our potential customers.
• Use of internal resources provided by the business to help land essential KPI's to drive new business growth.
• Collaborate with the wider team to help increase sales conversion.
• Create and manage a target market sales pipeline, combining both inbound and outbound sales.
• Research and identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets, growth areas, and partnerships.
• Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Help plan and execute targeted sales campaigns.
• Prospect well and efficiently to help drive new business sales. Skills required:
• Proven track record in B2B sales and success in the lead generation space.
• Some knowledge and understanding of the UK energy markets is preferable but not essential.
• Ability to develop and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to customer needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - confident, credible, and persuasive, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to add significant value to the BGS business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solutions & analytical skillset to help build our the prospecting process.
• Adaptable, innovative, and customer-centric, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• High attention to detail while managing multiple customers and competing deadlines.
• Comfortable taking ownership, proposing improvements, and influencing internal stakeholders toward strategic directions and process development.
