ERP Project Manager

What you can expect from the role:
- Lead end-to-end IFS Cloud ERP implementations for clients across various industries, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, including consultants, developers, and client resources.
- Monitor project progress using established methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile), manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a strong partnership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment between functional and technical workstreams within the IFS implementation.
- Drive change management and support client adoption strategies to secure long-term project success.
- Contribute to Arcwide’s internal knowledge base and mentor junior team members where needed.
What we will look for in your CV:
- Proven experience managing full-cycle ERP implementations within a consultancy or systems integrator environment.
- Strong background in project management, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects for mid-to-large organisations.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of an organisation.
- Deep understanding of ERP processes.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Relevant project management certification is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
