About the Role:
Are you passionate about shaping fair and future-ready compensation strategies on a global scale? We're looking for a Performance & Incentive Project Manager to join our Global Projects team. You'll lead high-impact projects in performance and incentives , ensuring compliance, driving alignment across regions, and helping the business deliver transparent, equitable, and competitive compensation programs across APAC, EMEA and America's.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end projects related to performance, incentives, and pay compliance , delivering them on time and to high-quality standards.
• Develop project plans, track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects align with long-term business objectives and integrate into global P&I strategies.
• Build strong relationships with HR, finance, business units, and senior leadership , ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including pay gap reporting in key markets (UK, Germany, Ireland, Australia, Brazil, Japan).
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and sharing lessons learned across the team.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in regulatory compensation , including pay gap reporting across multiple global markets.
• Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills .
• Experience handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets, advanced Excel, and project management tools .

Nice-to-Have:

• 3+ years in Compensation & Benefits or global project management.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments .
• German/French proficiency is a plus.
