Customer Account Executive

Role Overview

As a Customer Account Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for a broad range of customers, helping to manage accounts, process enquiries and orders, and ensure every customer interaction is smooth, helpful, and commercially focused.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing and growing relationships with new and existing customers

* Handling inbound calls, emails, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner

* Discussing pricing, quotes, and tenders with confidence and clarity

* Accurately processing customer orders and tracking them through to delivery

* Identifying sales opportunities and contributing to business growth

* Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

* Delivering exceptional service and maintaining a strong understanding of products and pricing
