Laundry Associate

The Chancery Rosewood , a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces – providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
As a Laundry Associate, you will work alongside the Laundry Supervisor and Laundry Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the laundry department. You will uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and quality, while fostering teamwork, kindness, and respect. Your work will contribute to the overall success of the hotel, reflecting Rosewood’s “Sense of Place” philosophy and our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Clean, sort, and process all linens, garments, and textiles to Forbes, LQA, and Rosewood Brand Standards.
Handle and distribute linens for all hotel departments, ensuring readiness for guest rooms, public areas, wellness facilities, Food & Beverage outlets, and Heart of House spaces.
Monitor linen inventory to prevent shortages and replenish stock to meet operational demand.
Process guest laundry, pressing, shoe shine, and other valet services promptly and with care.
Assist in maintaining the hotel’s uniform store, ensuring all team members present a flawless appearance.
Maintain efficient organisation of linen storage areas, ensuring proper handling at all times.
Collaborate closely with the housekeeping team to ensure linen availability for daily service.
Participate in meetings and training sessions to support professional development.
Consistently implement and uphold Rosewood Brand Standards, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency.
About You
Previous experience in a laundry, housekeeping, or similar role within luxury hospitality is preferred.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining brand standards.
