Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Junior Trading Operations Assistant to join our high profile client.

Our client is a well known global Prop Trading firm. They like technology especially the opensource variety as well as scalability and robust performance (much like their track record) they currently run around £7 billion in liquid capital.

For this Junior Trading Operations Assistant position I am looking for top tier graduates or developers with sub 2 years experience and the ability to deal with quick difficult maths problems. You will interface with various groups within the business to ensure that all trades are reflected accurately in all systems. Specifically, the trade operations specialist developer will be involved with research, rapid development execution of trade orders, as well as personal research. This role requires confidence working with data, a strong foundation in math, and interaction with members of several different teams.

Graduate Options Trading Desk Analyst’s MUST have:

• A or A* at A-level Maths
• Maths Stats or Comp Sci Degree from top 50 UK University all others will be deleted
• Ideally some VBA or serious Excel exposure
• Modelling
• You will probably know you are right for this job if you aren’t sure its probably not for you.
• An appetite for delivering solutions to complex problem
