Retail Senior Client Lead (Hiring Immediately)

We’re looking for a retailer‑facing Senior Client Lead who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to become a trusted partner and work hand in hand with Tesco’s Insight & Personalisation teams. You’ll work in partnership with data scientists to develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour and continue to drive customer‑centricity and deliver business value to both Tesco and dunnhumby.

What we expect from you

• Experience building strong client relationships and managing stakeholders , establishing trust with new and existing clients to become a true partner
• Experience analysing data to solve challenging problems and deliver business value; a skilled insight storyteller able to translate analysis into clear, compelling messages
• A natural problem solver , with a sharp, curious mind and the confidence to proactively pursue opportunities
• Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues
• Strong organisational skills , able to manage multiple concurrent projects for different stakeholders and deliver work on schedule
