About The Role

As we continue our global growth, we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our commercial team.

You’ll leverage your experience to drive outstanding sales performance across multiple verticals and play a key role in shaping the next chapter of our growth journey.

You’ll be responsible for
  • Qualifying, prospecting and creating opportunities for Account Executives

  • Utilising top-of-the-range sales tools such as Salesforce to boost productivity

  • Consistently exceeding daily KPIs and monthly targets, supported by your manager and the wider team

  • Taking ownership of building your own pipeline and continue to improve the sales funnel; and ultimately, playing an integral part of Doctify’s revenue growth

  • Becoming an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the HealthTech field

About you
  • You have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience within an outbound sales position, or outreaching for new business (this doesn’t need to be industry specific)

  • You are ambitious, a self-starter and go-getter, always striving for success!

  • You possess natural communication skills, and you are not afraid of the phone; resilience is key!

  • Resilience and grit are second nature to you - you bounce back quickly and keep moving, knowing that every no means the next yes is closer!

  • You’re energised by fast-paced work and don’t shy away from change or a challenge

  • Last but by no means least - you believe in our mission and want to be part of revolutionising the healthcare industry with us!

What We Offer

At Doctify, we shape careers with purpose. Our benefits are designed to fuel your growth, flexibility, and wellbeing.

Time off, flexibility & balance
  • 28 days annual leave (25 + 3 between Christmas and New Year), earning up to 30 days leave with tenure

  • 2 weeks of remote working annually (within 3-hour time zone of HQ)

  • Hybrid working model

  • Enhanced Parental Leave

  • Medicash health cash plan

⭐ Setting you up for success
  • Competitive, benchmarked compensation (base salary plus commission)

  • 3-month immersive onboarding experience

  • Ongoing learning through expert-led sessions, leadership insights, and soft-skill development

  • Daily team huddles to connect, share wins and spark ideas

  • Regional Lunch Clubs & team socials powered by our Fun Police

  • Quarterly Doctifier nominated Impact Awards

  • Employee referral bonus: £700 (or local equivalent) per hire
