Senior Marketing Manager - Film Production Company

What you'll do:
- Lead and execute the brand marketing strategy, including conceiving campaign ideas, content plans, partnerships, and special events.
- Oversee digital projects and the development of CRM strategies, ensuring synergy across multiple platforms.
- Manage the creation of marketing assets in collaboration with agency and freelance partners, maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure cohesive campaign connectivity.
- Uphold brand integrity by working closely with stakeholders to protect our visual identity and storytelling standards.
- Innovate and bring experiential events and partnerships to life, ensuring they strategically reflect the brand’s unique heritage and future ambitions.
Who you are:
- Extensive experience in brand and content marketing, preferably within media, entertainment, or related creative sectors.
- Hands-on project management skills complemented by a creative spark and a proactive approach.
- Comfortable with digital marketing, understanding the interplay between brand identity and audience engagement.
- Strong leadership qualities, capable of inspiring and guiding a team.
- Detail-oriented with an excellent sense of brand identity and storytelling.
- Positive attitude with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Passionate about the film industry - particularly in horror!
💸 Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
