Temporary Document Production Specialist
Are you an experienced Document Production Specialist with a background in legal? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where precision and creativity go hand in hand? Our top US Law firm client are seeking a temporary document production specialist. This role offers hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 from home with the opportunity to work remotely after the first few weeks! The working hours for this role are as follow - 9:30am-17:30pm, 12pm-8pm 1pm-9pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Formatting, revising, and finalising complex legal and business documentsTroubleshooting formatting issues and ensuring high-quality outputCreating PowerPoint presentations and visual graphicsCollaborating with legal teams and business services departmentsMonitoring and managing document workflows to meet deadlinesWhat we're looking for:
4+ years' experience in a Document Production role within a law firmAdvanced document formatting and troubleshooting skillsProficiency in document production software and toolsIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetStrong communication skills and a team-oriented approachIf you're a Document Production Specialist and available immediately we'd love to hear from you.
