About the Role
The Senior Salesforce Consultant is responsible for leading and managing the planning, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for our diverse range of clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions. You will design, configure, test, and deploy top-tier Salesforce solutions while mentoring junior team members, enhancing our team's skill set, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of enabling organizations to unlock their full potential through customized, efficient, and innovative Salesforce solutions. This is a hybrid role, and we are ideally looking for candidates within a comfortable, one-hour commute of Central London to facilitate regular in-person collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Independently lead and drive a minor project to success with minimal guidance or oversight.
Manage ongoing momentum for up to four clients simultaneously.
Lead the CloudMasonry project team to deliver high-quality outcomes, demonstrating strong delegation skills and effective communication.
Consult with clients to identify solutions that align with their business needs and secure stakeholder buy-in for implementation.
Establish strong client relationships by developing a deep understanding of their organization and building trust with key stakeholders.
Maintain and prioritize a backlog of enhancements based on client business needs.
Track backlog progression and communicate updates in a timely, meaningful manner to help clients make informed decisions.
Demonstrated experience in project management as a project manager.
Extensive expertise in developing and implementing solutions using Salesforce.
Travel requirements are contingent on client needs and may range from approximately 25% to 50%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
3+ Years of Salesforce Consulting Experience
Salesforce Admin Certification - Required
Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud - Required
Ability to architect high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform
Substantial project and client management skill sets
Demonstrated leadership experience
Familiar with either Scrum or Agile project methodologies
