Qualification

Key Responsibilities

• Lead with impact : Advise clients on master data management, governance, and architecture strategies that enable digital transformation.
  
• Drive innovation : Support SAP S/4HANA migration planning and execution, ensuring seamless data conversion and integration.
  
• Design smarter solutions : Create data governance models using SAP MDG and advanced tools, leveraging AI/ML for efficiency.
  
• Collaborate and inspire : Work closely with diverse teams and clients to translate complex requirements into practical, value-driven solutions.
  
• Grow the business : Contribute to sales origination and help shape a successful, forward-thinking practice.
  

Necessary Knowledge / Skills

• SAP expertise : Strong background in SAP data management and governance, with hands-on experience in S/4HANA migration.
  
• Technical know-how : Familiarity with ETL tools like SAP Data Services or Syniti ADM, plus Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Strategic mindset : Ability to define data architecture recommendations and implement best practices for data quality.
  
• Clear communicator : Skilled at explaining complex concepts to senior stakeholders in a simple, compelling way.
  
• Leadership and growth : Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in client-facing roles, with a passion for mentoring and team development.
