We're looking for an Applied Agentic AI Strategist to join our CommerceAdvisorypractice in London - someone who brings together deep AI expertise and genuine commerce instincts, and who's ready to leadmajortransformationsacrossglobal brands.

The role

This is a Manager-level position inside one of the fastest-growing parts of our business. You'll shape how global brands respond to agentic commerce - from defining strategy through to designing and prototyping the agents and workflows that make it real.

Day-to-day, you'll:

• Help clients shape their agentic strategies, translating complex AI capabilities into practical solutions for business and technical stakeholders at all levels
  

• Directly lead client projects or critical workstreams, ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery outcomes
  

• Design, prototype and launchnewagentic workflows and agentsintegrated withinour client’senterprisetechnology stacks
  

• Test and refine applied patterns such as retrieval-augmented copilots, multi-agent orchestration, and workflow automation
  

• Define and guide Accenture best practices across prompt design, orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI guardrails
  

• Mentor and upskill cross-functional teams spanning strategy, design, product, and engineering in applying agentic AI effectively
  

• Contribute to internal accelerators and reusable frameworks that strengthenourApplied Agentic AI capability across Accenture Song
  

Qualification

What you'll need (Core Requirements)

• 5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or a cross-functional role working directly with AI or agentic systems in industry
  

• Informedunderstanding of the digital commerce value-chain,thecritical technologies and market shaping platformsinvolved
  

• Demonstrated experience withGenAI tools and/ oragentic platforms, with the ability to engage credibly across strategic and technical conversations
  

• Workingunderstanding of prompt engineering, RAG, agent orchestration, evaluation approaches, and responsible AI principles
  

• Experience building and launching AI PoCs, pilots orscaledsolutions within enterprise environments
  

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for diverse audiences - from engineers to executives
  

• A solid grasp of enterprise constraints including security, governance, integration, privacy and scalability
  

What will make you stand out (Preferred Experience)

• Applied experience within digital experience, commerce, retail, or CPG environmentswithdemonstratedaccomplishments
  

• Hands-on experience with one or more commerce technology platforms - including CMS, PIM, DAM, Search, commerce platforms, merchandising platforms, or marketplace platforms
  

• Hands-on experience building with one or more agent-buildingplatformsincludinghyperscaleragentworkbenches(e.g.Azure Foundry, Google Vertex AI / AgentDev Kit, Amazon Bedrock), suite integrated platforms(e.g.Salesforce Agentforce, SAPAI Core, MicrosoftCopilot Studio), or OpenAI-basedtooling
  

• Familiarity withinteroperability protocolssuch as MCP, ACP or A2A
  

• Contributions to AI thought leadership through articles, presentations, or white papersinpublic domains like LinkedIn orindustrypublishers
