The opportunity

Joining as a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be working a perm-focused desk with the full weight of our existing client network behind you. This isn't a cold-start role — you'll have active relationships to work with from day one, while also bringing your own ambition and billing history to take the desk further.

We offer one of the most competitive commission structures in the sector, with earnings of up to 35% of fees. Combined with a basic salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience, the total package on offer here is genuinely exceptional for the right biller.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in Finance and Accountancy recruitment, ideally at the professional or senior level
• A solid billing history and the confidence to work a high-value, relationship-led desk
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a specialist niche
• German language skills are not required — all business is conducted in English — but any ability in German would be a real and distinct advantage
