A warm and welcoming family based in Surrey are looking for an exceptional Rota Nanny to join them on a permanent, long-term basis, caring for their two boys, aged 2 and 7.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and engaging career nanny who genuinely loves being involved in children's lives. The family are looking for someone who will really get stuck in – bringing plenty of ideas, enthusiasm and initiative to the role, whether planning activities and adventures, getting outdoors, supporting hobbies and interests, or simply making everyday routines fun and engaging.

The successful candidate will be confident supporting the different developmental needs of both boys and will take an active role in their day-to-day lives. Responsibilities will include school and nursery routines, planning age-appropriate activities, supporting development and learning, preparing healthy meals, organising playdates and outings, and maintaining a happy, structured and nurturing environment.

The youngest child also has a nanny during the daytime, so there will be an element of teamwork and shared care within the household. The family are therefore looking for someone collaborative and adaptable, while still being confident taking ownership and using their initiative throughout their rota week.

The family lead an active lifestyle and travel internationally throughout the year, so someone who enjoys travel and is comfortable accompanying a family overseas is essential. There is plenty of variety within the position, and they would love to find someone with the energy and enthusiasm to make the most of everything the role has to offer.

Alongside being warm, fun and child-focused, the ideal candidate will be highly professional, organised and discreet, with excellent judgement and an understanding of the importance of privacy when working within a private household.
