About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated Childrens Residential Support Workers to work within childrens homes supporting young people with emotional, behavioural, or complex needs. Youll provide day-to-day care, encourage independence, and help create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children and young people.


Key Responsibilities:


Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children and young people in a residential setting.


Support young people in developing independence, life skills, and positive routines.


Build trusting relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.


Work closely with colleagues, social workers, and other professionals involved in the young persons care.


Uphold safeguarding standards and respond appropriately to concerns.


Keep accurate records, daily notes, and incident reports in line with policies.
