Tax Associate Director / Director - Corporate Tax & M&A Transactions
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive + Bonus
A leading Top 10 advisory firm is looking to appoint a Director into its Corporate & M&A Tax team as part of its continued growth strategy. This is a genuine step-up opportunity for a high-performing Senior Manager or Associate Director ready for promotion.
The team delivers transaction tax services to mid-market and private equity-backed clients, with a strong pipeline of UK-centric deals.
The Role
Lead buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence assignments
Advise on transaction structuring
Manage projects end-to-end, working closely with Transaction Services and other tax specialists (VAT, Employment Taxes etc.)
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Contribute to business development and team growth
About You
Currently operating at Senior Manager or Associate Director level within Corporate / Transaction Tax
Strong UK corporate tax technical knowledge
Demonstrable experience leading due diligence and structuring projects
Commercially minded with strong project and client management skills
ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
This is an opportunity to step into a Director level role within a well-established transaction tax team, offering strong deal flow, leadership exposure and a clear route to progression.
