Tax Associate Director / Director - Corporate Tax & M&A Transactions

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive + Bonus

A leading Top 10 advisory firm is looking to appoint a Director into its Corporate & M&A Tax team as part of its continued growth strategy. This is a genuine step-up opportunity for a high-performing Senior Manager or Associate Director ready for promotion.

The team delivers transaction tax services to mid-market and private equity-backed clients, with a strong pipeline of UK-centric deals.

The Role

• Lead buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence assignments

• Advise on transaction structuring

• Manage projects end-to-end, working closely with Transaction Services and other tax specialists (VAT, Employment Taxes etc.)

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Contribute to business development and team growth

About You

• Currently operating at Senior Manager or Associate Director level within Corporate / Transaction Tax

• Strong UK corporate tax technical knowledge

• Demonstrable experience leading due diligence and structuring projects

• Commercially minded with strong project and client management skills

• ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
