Resourcing & Talent Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Resourcing and Talent Co-ordinator to help us bring together the people and skills our projects need. We believe that when people are doing work they enjoy, while also being challenged and supported to develop, they feel more motivated and are able to do their best work.

Working closely with the Head of Resourcing and Talent, you will coordinate and administer the processes established by the Talent and Resourcing team to support the Studio across the full talent journey. From finding and attracting exceptional people to understanding their skills, interests and aspirations and deploying them thoughtfully across our projects.

Through reliable coordination, accurate information and well-maintained systems, you will help the team make informed decisions about how we build teams, deploy talent and create opportunities for people to broaden their experience. Your role will be to ensure agreed processes move forward efficiently, information is accessible and accurate, and outstanding actions are followed through or escalated appropriately.

You will be confident working with data and systems, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Above all, you will be curious about people and interested in how effective talent and resourcing processes can help individuals, project teams and the Studio thrive.
