**Marketing Specialist, 6 months, London – Hybrid working – 3 days on site, 2 at home, £48.08p/h PAYE + holiday pay**

**What You’ll Do**
As a pivotal contributor to our marketing team, you will:
* Develop comprehensive internal and external promotion plans to maximize awareness and drive generation before, during, and after each project, collaborating closely with growth, content, and design teams, leveraging advanced digital tools.
* Drive insightful analysis of data to uncover new marketing opportunities and deep audience insights, informing strategic decisions.
* Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies designed to achieve significant business results, overseeing content positioning and program development to boost awareness and engagement across key markets via social, on-network, and off-network media channels.
* Collaborate with senior marketing leadership across various functions to define project strategy and objectives, spearheading initiatives focused on drive generation, customer advocacy, and more. You’ll identify potential sponsored project opportunities and pioneer new virtual and physical experiences in partnership with marketing teams.
* Engage and direct multiple media agencies, elevating their daily contributions and strategically prioritizing their workflow as it pertains to media initiatives.
* Cultivate effective partnerships with stakeholders to ensure all content and campaigns created for our media and social channels are of the highest quality, authentically reflect our brand’s voice, and accurately represent our identity.
* Serve as a subject matter specialist and thought leader, developing strategic points of view and setting industry standards for advertising, aligning strategic efforts and priorities across broader marketing initiatives company-wide and globally.
* Lead efforts to meticulously analyze, track, and report on campaign and project return on investment, based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics, utilizing customer relationship management or other project management systems. You’ll track the effectiveness of each activity, including drives generated, deals influenced, deals closed, and cost per drive, working closely with sales teams to maximize the impact of every campaign.
* Act as the primary client point of contact for the management of large-scale, complex media planning, partnering with global media teams to ensure strategies are effectively scaled.
* Drive the development, implementation, and analysis of creative social media content, innovative social selling programs, dynamic employee and leadership activation initiatives, and robust measurement strategies.
* Develop and nurture external relationships with key venues and suppliers/agencies, including those for registration, livestream platforms, contract negotiation, spatial and audiovisual planning, activation, promotional merchandise, food and beverage, virtual suppliers, mailer gifting, and speaker agents.
* Lead the development and implementation of pioneering marketing communications strategies to drive significant media and public amplification across all marketing communications channels.
