JOB PURPOSE

Burberry is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Marketing & Communications Assistant to join the EMEIA team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will support a variety of activities, including sample management, reporting, gifting, and event coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support sample management for editorial, marketing activations, and talent dressing, ensuring timely and efficient trafficking of samples between internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain and update contact databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor daily media coverage across print, digital, and social platforms for the UK, compiling weekly and campaign-specific reports and ensuring timely delivery in the required format. Liaise with regional agencies to ensure seamless reporting.
  • Assist with gifting and seeding programs, coordinating between the UK team and international agencies to ensure smooth execution of product placements.
  • Support the coordination of events and experiences, assisting with logistics and ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Assist with invoicing and administrative tasks, including raising, processing, and tracking purchase orders (POs), and managing sample and gifting orders.

  • Efficient and effective sample management, ensuring smooth internal and external communication and timely deliveries.
  • Timely and accurate submission of reports, adhering to deadlines and maintaining the correct format.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong collaboration and proactivity.
