Early Years Educator Level 3
- Supporting children’s learning and development through imaginative play, themed activities, and early education routines.
- Creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes language development, social skills, and independence.
- Assisting with daily routines, including snack times, toileting, outdoor play, and group time.
- Contributing to planning, observations, and learning journals under the guidance of senior staff.
- Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment in line with safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
- Building respectful relationships with both children and parents, supporting a home-from-home experience.
- A fully funded Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
- A blended learning programme with on-the-job training, online coursework, and dedicated tutor support.
- Functional Skills in Maths and English if not already achieved at Level 2.
- Regular reviews and mentoring to track your progress and support your growth.

- Holds a Level 2 childcare qualification (desirable but not essential).

- A recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
- Experience in a focused and supportive nursery environment.
- Ongoing professional development and mentoring from both nursery and training staff.

- A strong foundation for progression into Room Leader, SEN Support, or Early Years Teaching roles.
