Team Leader Waking Nights Only

Job Title: Childrens Residential Team Leader (Waking Nights Only - x3 shifts per week 7.45pm-8.15am)
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum (with progression to Deputy Manager 9am-5pm within 6 months)
Location: Tottenham, N15

My client is looking for a Childrens Team Leader who will continue to drive that passion within their 3 bed residential childrens home and support the waking nights team for up to 6 months before becoming Deputy Manager at their new home which is currently awaiting Ofsted registrationa - We would love to speak with you, there's no harm in a phone call!

Salary £38,000 per annum
Located in Tottenham, N15
Childrens Team Leader will support staff, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users.

Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare/Children and Young People's Workforce (Equivalent or willing to work towards)
Previous experience at Senior Support Worker or Team Leader level (Essential)
Must have supported children within an Ofsted regulated residential setting (Essential)
