Security Consultant (Surveyor)

What can you bring to Banham?

• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals

• Conduct on-site fire safety and security assessments and provide expert recommendations.

• Present and sell fire alarms, extinguishers, CCTV, access control, and other safety solutions to businesses and homeowners.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key decision-makers.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets with unlimited earning potential through an uncapped commission structure.

• Stay informed on industry regulations, fire safety standards, and the latest security innovations.

• Prepare proposals, quotes, and tenders tailored to client needs

What will you need to be successful in this role?

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in fire safety, security, or a related technical field (Desired not essential).

• Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.

• Strong understanding of fire safety and security products (training provided if necessary)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Have a consultative approach with the   Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work independently

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites
