Location: Pinner
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, including a 1-hour lunch break
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per year, depending on experience + uncapped commission OTE 60K
Our client, a well-established Mortgage Broker, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join their growing team. With strong referral and professional partner leads, this role allows you to focus on advising clients, growing your career, and maximising earnings
Requirements
Essential
• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and in person
• Ability to meet clients both face-to-face and remotely
• Must be able to reliably commute to Pinner or relocate before starting
Desirable
• Previous experience in mortgage advising
• Experience advising on mortgage and protection products
What You’ll Do
• Provide expert mortgage advice and offer protection policies to both new and existing clients
• Conduct face-to-face and telephone meetings with clients to understand their financial needs
• Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate mortgage and protection options for their situation
• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction throughout the process
• Work with strong lead sources generated through referrals, accountancy links, solicitor partnerships and estate agency relationships
