We’re working with a growing specialist management consultancy that partners with private equity investors, healthcare businesses, corporates and public sector organisations on high-impact strategic and commercial projects.

The Opportunity

As a Partner, you will have significant responsibility for client leadership, business development and the growth of the firm, working with private equity investors, healthcare businesses, corporates and public sector organisations.

You will combine senior-level client advisory with commercial leadership, identifying opportunities, developing relationships and leading high-impact engagements.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Own and develop senior relationships with private equity funds, healthcare investors, corporates and other strategic clients

* Originate and lead new business opportunities, from initial relationship development through to proposal and engagement

* Lead complex commercial due diligence, strategy and growth projects, providing senior-level insight and challenge to clients

* Act as a trusted adviser to CEOs, investment professionals and senior executives

* Build and develop a strong network of clients, industry experts and advisers

* Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new accounts

* Lead and mentor consulting teams, helping to develop the next generation of senior talent

* Contribute to the firm’s broader commercial strategy and continued growth

* Play an active role in recruitment, capability development and knowledge building

* Represent the firm externally and contribute to its profile and reputation within the healthcare and life sciences markets

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an established consulting leader who can demonstrate:

* Significant experience within a leading management consulting environment

* A strong track record in commercial due diligence and strategy, ideally across healthcare, pharma, life sciences and/or MedTech

* A demonstrable business development and revenue generation track record

* Established relationships with senior decision-makers across private equity, healthcare, life sciences or related sectors

* The ability to originate opportunities and convert relationships into meaningful client engagements

* Strong commercial judgement and an entrepreneurial approach

* Exceptional client leadership and stakeholder management skills

* The credibility and confidence to operate with CEOs, Partners, Investment Committees and other senior decision-makers

* Strong leadership skills, with experience developing and motivating high-performing consulting teams

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* A collaborative approach and genuine interest in contributing to the growth and culture of a specialist firm

Additional European language skills — particularly French, German, Spanish or Italian — would be advantageous.
