Senior Actuarial Consultant
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a broad range of DB pensions assignments, with the chance to gain exposure to pensions risk transfer work depending on your experience and interests. Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing actuarial calculations and supporting junior team membersWorking on DB pensions consulting assignments across a varied client portfolioSupporting pensions risk transfer projects, including insurer liaison and project managementContributing to specialist areas such as longevity, GMP equalisation and wider strategic pensions workDrafting clear client communications and presentations What they're looking for:
Qualified pensions actuaryStrong UK pensions actuarial consulting experienceExcellent technical knowledge across valuations, member options and pensions accountingStrong communication and organisational skillsCommercial awareness and the ability to manage work within agreed budgets Previous pensions risk transfer experience is not essential - training can be provided for someone with the right technical background and interest in developing in this area.
