Responsibilities

• The English Teacher will deliver high-quality, inspiring tuition across Key Stages 3, 4 (GCSE), and 5 (A-Level) on a part-time basis.
• The teacher is responsible for driving high attainment and promoting sophisticated literary critique and advanced writing skills.
• They must actively contribute to the school's literacy provision and cultural calendar.
• The English Teacher is expected to cover all duties relevant to the fixed-term post and participate proactively in departmental planning.

Requirements

• Holds or is soon to obtain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has the right to work in the UK.
• Holds a Degree or has experience teaching English.
