CRM Lifecycle Manager - Retention
- End-to-end implementation of global retention-focused CRM automations across multiple channels (email, push notifications, etc.). This involves everything from developing automation’s strategy to briefing creative assets, data integration and owning testing.
- Analyse and evaluate CRM automations to determine impact, applying actionable insights to continuously improve retention, and overall effectiveness.
- Optimise CRM automations with continuous A/B testing and experimenting.
- Collaborate with the wider Growth team (across Acquisition, Onboarding, Engagement and Reactivation) to share learnings and minimise CRM pressure and clashes.
- Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, Data Science and wider Marketing teams on specific automation needs and retention projects, to promote and champion a more holistic approach to retention.
- Foster creative strategies and solutions to meet the evolving needs of businesses and customers.
- 5+ years working as a CRM professional in a similar marketing role
- Extensive experience using Braze or a similar marketing platform i.e. in-depth knowledge of lifecycle automations, Liquid templating language,personalisation and data integration via content blocks. Experience with machine learning automation is a strong plus.
- Strong technical implementation confidence with experience in cross-channel and multi-language CRM campaigns.
- Strong project manager with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in setup and execution
- Analytics-driven mindset, with the ability to synthesise and assess data, and clearly communicate results and recommendations
- Entrepreneurial attitude: highly self-motivated and autonomous, thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional counterparts
