This is a hands on operational leadership role where you will coordinate processes, support the team and maintain strong communication across our airline, handling and transport partners.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Gateway Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily running of the import department, executing the departmental plan and clearly communicating priorities to the team. You will oversee all core import activities, including documentation checks and validation of shipment tasks while monitoring key performance indicators. Strong system proficiency across platforms such as CargoWise would be advantageous, along with excellent communication skills for managing customers and internal stakeholders. We are looking for someone proactive, detail focused and solution driven, with the capability to manage tasks effectively. We welcome candidates with transferable logistics experience who are eager to broaden their import knowledge.
