Diagnostic Technician
To be considered for this position you MUST be a manufacturer trained to Diagnostic or Master technician level.
This position is located in the Wimbledon / Wandsworth area.
Diagnostic Technician Role:
To carry out complex and involved fault diagnosis, in a logical and structured manner
To maintain your knowledge of Manufacturer’s bulletins and technical updates, and share information with colleagues
To provide technical support to other technicians, liaising with customers where required
Responsible for work deadlines, hours target, productivity, quality, customer care demands and housekeeping.
As a Diagnostic Technician you:
• Will have excellent communication skills, being friendly but professional in your approach.
• Will need to be trained to City and Guilds Motor Repair/BTEC/NVQ or equivalent qualification
• Will need to have experience at main Dealership standards
• To be confident using computers
• Full, UK Driving Licence
Master/Diagnostic Technician Package:
Basic salary £30,000 + (Depending on brand experience)
OTE circa £38,000-£44,000
