My client, a leading Microsoft-focused IT Solutions Provider and Managed Services Provider (MSP), is looking to appoint an Azure Consultant to join their growing Cloud Practice.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who already has a solid Azure background and is ready to take the next step towards becoming a Senior Azure Consultant or Solution Architect.

You'll join a highly experienced team delivering enterprise-scale Azure projects, working with the latest Microsoft technologies and collaborating with some of the most talented Cloud Consultants in the industry.

The Role

As an Azure Consultant, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing and delivering Microsoft Azure solutions for a diverse customer base across a range of industries.

Working closely with customers, architects and project teams, you'll deliver cloud transformations, migrations, infrastructure modernisation and hybrid cloud solutions while acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

You'll have the opportunity to broaden your technical expertise across Azure infrastructure, security, automation, governance and modern cloud technologies, with ongoing support and mentoring to help you progress into more senior consultancy and architecture roles.

What They're Looking For

You'll already have commercial experience delivering Azure solutions and be looking to build on that foundation.

You'll ideally have experience in many of the following:

• Designing and implementing Microsoft Azure solutions
• Azure migrations and cloud transformation projects
• Azure Virtual Machines
• Azure Networking
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Azure Storage
• Azure Backup & Site Recovery
• Azure Monitor
• Azure Governance
• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• Microsoft 365
• PowerShell scripting
• Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, Terraform or ARM)
• VMware or Hyper-V
• Networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs and Firewalls
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
• Customer-facing consultancy experience

Desirable

• AZ-104, AZ-305 or other Microsoft Azure certifications
• Experience working within an IT Solutions Provider, MSP or Professional Services environment
• Exposure to Azure Landing Zones, Azure Virtual Desktop or Microsoft security technologies
• Experience presenting technical solutions to customers
